The mission is to make disciples. A disciple not only recognizes Jesus as his Lord and Savior, but also demonstrates his love for Jesus in every area of his life. The disciple lives in community with other disciples and lives to replicate, reproduce, and represent the Lord Jesus Christ and his Kingdom.
Multiplication cohorts
The reproduction and multiplication of disciples arise when the church focuses on making disciples who make disciples who make disciples. This is achieved not only through the adoption and implementation of a church growth strategy, but also through the direction and power of the Holy Spirit that Jesus promised to give to His Church.
